RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY
We hope you love your purchase! However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Please read below for our return policy and keep in mind we are a small business who strives to bring you weekly new arrivals.
RETURN POLICY
All returns are issued as STORE CREDIT ONLY.
To get your return started, please submit through our return portal .
- Once approved, you’ll have 14 days from your approval date to have your return delivered back to us.
- Please Note: we do have a return reuqest submission window of 3 business days of delivery - please submit requests in portal within that timeframe.
Our return request window allows us to begin the return process promptly while still giving customers a full 14 days after approval to send items back. Unlike many retailers that begin the return timeframe from the original delivery date, our process is designed to provide additional time once the return request has been submitted and approved.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Returns must be submitted through our return portal. CLICK HERE TO START A RETURN Using the portal ensures your return is tracked, processed efficiently, and allows our team to manually respond efficiently. Returns not made through our portal will not be recieved.
RETURN DELIVERY WINDOW
Returns must be delivered/received back to us within 14 business days from the day your return is approved and the label is provided. Returns received outside this window cannot be accepted, and customers will need to provide a return shipping label for us to ship items back.
LOCAL PICK UP RETURN POLICY
If your order qualifies for local pick-up, returns must be dropped off in our designated pick-up bin within 5 business days of return approval. All other return rules apply, including item condition, packing slip, and store credit processing.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 3–5 business days for returns to be processed once delivered. Returns are processed during weekday business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM).

RETURN SHIPPING
We are happy to provide a return label for a $7.50 deduction from your store credit.
Note: The $7.50 return label deduction will be applied to your store credit. (not charged separately)
Please package items securely in a clean sealed packag & drop off at your local carrier (the carrier that provided the label)
Original shipping ($7.50) when order is placed is non-refundable and not included in store credit.
PACKING SLIP REQUIREMENT
You must include your packing slip/receipt with your return.
Returns without a packing slip will incur a $10 restocking fee, deducted from store credit.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return:
Sale items or items under the Sales tab
Items marked FINAL SALE in the title
Seasonal/Holiday promotion items (Purchased during a holiday/seasonal sale of 25%+ off)
Any item purchased at 25% off or more
Bodysuits and intimates (bras, barrettes, etc.) for sanitary reasons
Gift cards
Items showing signs of wear or washing
STORE CREDIT DETAILS
All approved returns are issued as STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Please allow 3–5 business days for return processing once received.
Website orders receive an e‑gift card; app orders receive credit directly in the app account.
Website gift cards work only on the website; app credit works only in the app.
To transfer credit between platforms, email shopwrenleighanns@gmail.com before applying for credit.
Store credit never expires.
Store credit is calculated based on discounts, shipping, and taxes at the time of purchase.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Paid return labels are provided for damaged items only.
If available, we will replace the item first; otherwise, store credit or a card refund (if preferred) will be issued.
Please note: Any wear, washing, or gentle try-on after delivery is part of normal use and is not eligible for replacement/return/refund.
EXCHANGES
We do offer exchanges for the exact same item in a different size! Since we're a small business, inventory is limited and we do not hold or reserve sizes while waiting for a return to arrive.
Please Note:
All exchange requests follow the same eligibility requirements as our standard return policy. All returns, including standard returns and exchanges, must be delivered back to us within 14 days of the approval date (the date your return label is sent).
Exchanges are available only if your desired size is in stock at the time you place your replacement order. If your desired size is no longer available, we sincerely apologize. Unfortunately, your return will no longer qualify as an exchange and will instead follow our standard return policy.
How Exchanges Work
- Submit a return request through our Return Portal and let us know you'd like to exchange for a different size. Exchange requests follow the same eligibility requirements and return timelines outlined in our standard return policy.
- Once your request has been approved, place an order for the exact same item in the size you'd like. This allows you to secure your preferred size while it's still available.
- Return your original item using the return label provided in your approval email. We cover the return shipping for the original item when your replacement order for the exact same item in a different size has been placed before we receive your return.
- Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your original item will be refunded to your original payment method, any original shipping charges paid are nonrefundable.
A refund to your original payment method is available only when your replacement order for the exact same item in a different size has been placed before we receive your return. If your replacement order is not placed before we receive your return, your return will instead follow our standard return policy. Standard returns are processed as store credit, and the $7.50 cost of the return label will be reflected in your store credit.
Important Information
- Exchanges are available only for the exact same item in a different size and are not valid for different colors, styles, or products.
- Your replacement order must be for the exact same item in a different size and must be placed before we receive your return to qualify for complimentary return shipping and a refund to your original payment method.
- Original shipping charges from your initial order are non-refundable.
- We do not price match replacement orders placed during a promotion or at a different price than the original purchase.
- All exchange requests and returns must meet the same eligibility requirements outlined in our standard return policy, including return submission deadlines, return delivery timelines, item condition, packing slip requirements, and all other return guidelines.
This way, you can grab the size you want while keeping the return process simple and stress-free!
APP PREAUTHORIZATION POLICY
Preauthorization is optional and allows customers to securely save card information for waitlisted (sold-out) items.
If the item restocks in your preauthorized size, your card may be automatically charged and an order created.
Preauths are not 100% guaranteed but are the best way to secure the size you want, since they are prioritized first in the order they are placed.
WE DO NOT CANCEL PREAUTHS. Cards are only charged if the item becomes available.
By adding your card, you agree to our Preauthorization Terms.
RETURN ACTIVITY / LIMITATIONS:
We understand that not every item will work out, and occasional returns are part of the shopping experience. However, recurring patterns of frequent or excessive returns may result in return requests being denied.
This can include multiple returns within a short period, returning most items from an order, or repeated returns across several orders.
These guidelines help us make sure shopping with us stays simple and enjoyable for everyone, while helping you find pieces you truly love.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are processed in 1–4 business days, unless otherwise noted. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. High-volume periods may take slightly longer.
All orders ship from our warehouse in Nebraska, USA.
Carriers & Transit Time
Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground
Transit time is typically 2–6 business days after fulfillment
We truly wish we could hand deliver every package, but unfortunately once an order leaves our warehouse, it is in the carrier’s control.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once marked delivered by USPS. Please note: Delivered packages are not eligible for refund or replacement
If you are unable to locate a delivered package, we recommend reaching out directly to USPS to submit a claim or service request, as they are able to provide the most up-to-date tracking and delivery information.
Orders cannot be canceled after being placed. Packages lost or damaged in transit must be claimed with the carrier.
SHIPPING INSURANCE (APP ONLY)
Optional Delivery Assurance is available at checkout in our mobile app through SEEL.
Provides coverage for lost or damaged packages after investigation.
Optional and customer-selected at checkout.
Insurance fees are collected by SEEL and are non-refundable.
INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
Address changes must be requested before shipment. We cannot change addresses once UPS or USPS has possession of the package. Email shopwrenleighanns@gmail.com for address updates.

Free U.S. Shipping: Orders over $125
Canadian: $22.50 (before discounts and taxes)
Expedited Shipping: Available upon request. Email shopwrenleighanns@gmail.com for invoice. Customer covers full expedited shipping cost.
APP 48-HOUR FREE SHIPPING WINDOW
To unlock a free shipping window, you must have 1 active order (can be an order that originally qualifies for free shipping or an order you paid $7.50 shipping for).
You will then have 48 hours of free shipping on any additional app orders.
Free shipping applies only when one order totals $125+. Shipping is not refunded if combined orders exceed $125.
CANADIAN SHIPPING
We ship to Canada via Economy International for $22.50
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes upon delivery. These are determined by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the customer
