SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY:

Please allow 1-3 business days after orders are placed to be processed unless otherwise noted on our app, socials or website (orders are not processed on weekends or holidays). All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Nebraska, USA.

All packages are shipped USPS ground advantage or UPS ground. Shipping typically takes between 2-5 business days after fulfillment to be delivered. We are not responsible for any delays with US postal or UPS. Once we drop orders off to the carrier it is sadly out of our control.*please allow & consider extra shipping time on orders placed during the holiday season*

WE DO NOT CANCEL ORDERS AFTER THEY ARE PLACED. 

Any packages damaged or lost during transit are not our responsibility - you will need to file a claim with the carrier. *on occasion tracking may not update, take several days to update or get scanned wrong by carrier*

NEW SHIPPING INSURANCE IN MOBILE APP:

We now offer a "delivery asssurance" option at checkout in our mobile app provided by a 3rd party company called SEEL. A way to provide peace of mind when ordering. SEEL provides full refunds if package is lost or damaged during shipping after an investigation process. THIS IS 100% OPTIONAL - it is the customers responsibility to add or remove shipping insurance fee at checkout - we do not offer refunds of the insurance amount since SEEL directly collects payment (Wrenleigh Anns Boutique as a business does not collect the payment)

If you are needing an order expedited, please email us at shopwrenleighanns@gmail.com and we can invoice for expedited shipping. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped - if you place an order through our mobile app please make sure you are subscribed to receive emails (if you do not receive please check your spam folder).

INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.  If you need to change your address please do so before order is shipped - we cannot change address once package is shipped. FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $125 *before any discounts & taxes applied at checkout*

APP 24 HR FREE SHIPPING PERIOD:

If wanting to place any addtional orders in our app and already paid shipping of $7.50 on a previous order, you have a 24 hr window of "free shipping" on any additional placed orders. & all orders will be combined unless already fulfilled before addtional orders are placed. Please note: we do not go back and refund shipping fee of $7.50 if all orders combined are $125+ (it has to be one order of $125+ to qualify for free shipping) Thank you for your understanding.

WE DO OFFER SHIPPING TO CANADA

All Canadian addressed orders are shipped Economy International for $22.50 (allow 6-12 business days to be delivered by carrier) *free shipping over $125 does not apply on Canadian orders - we also do not accept returns or exchanges on Canadian orders*

We hope that you love all your purchases from us. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Please read below for our return policy and keep in mind we are a small business who strives to bring you weekly new arrivals. 

RETURN POLICY:

You must initiate/start a return within 3 business days of receiving your order in the mail. Please use the portal below to start your return, make sure to include your order #, item(s) you are returning and reason why. Items must be returned within 14 business days of filing your return. If we do not receive within the 14 day window we are unable to accept returns of purchases.

Please note there will be a 50% restocking fee (of value of item) deducted from store credit if item does not have tags attached, damaged due to trying on / evidently worn / damaged / packaged poorly in return, if return label has already been provided and item is not returned within the 14 day window. *due to our policy we cannot accept these items as returns but understand circumstances happen & therefore will be feed instead of shipped back to customer*

*Returns are processed in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY (read below for more info)*

ITEMS THAT ARE NON-RETURNABLE:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. The below list also cannot be returned for store credit.

  • Accessories, bodysuits, intimates (bra, barrettes etc.) are not eligible for return.
  • Is a sale item (anything under our sales tab)
  • All sale items are final (items will have “FINAL SALE” within title — look for that if you are unsure)
  • Seasonal/Holiday promotion items (Black Friday/Christmas/Easter etc.)
  • Any item purchased at or over 25% off.
  • Evident that item has been worn or washed.
  • Does not have tags attached

EXCHANGES:

If you want to exchange, please follow the same policy as if you were returning. If you would like to exchange your item for another size, we ask that you place your new order on our website to ensure it does not sell out. *We do not hold item sizes* After you send back your original item you are exchanging we will then process your return and initiate your store credit via email or app account. *please note: we only accept exchanges on the same exact item, we cannot switch out for other items - if item(s) size is out of stock we unfortunately cannot exchange*

RETURN SHIPPING:

New this year on orders placed on or after January 1st 2025 - Enjoy 2 free returns on us per year! Any returns made after the first 2 we can provide return labels with a deduction of $7.50 from your store credit or you can provide your own label without a deduction from store credit.

YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR PACKING SLIP/RECEIPT IN YOUR RETURN. Your item(s) also must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn, unwashed and unused, with Boutique tag still attached, and in its original packaging. *If for some reason original packaging is not an option please have your local mail service provide you a clean sealed package*

STORE CREDIT:

Allow 3 business days for us to process your return and issue store credit (website orders will receive e-gift card / app orders will be added directly to app account) *please note that our website giftscards only work on the website & app credit only works on the app. If you would like to transfer your credit from your website account to your app account please reach out via email. STORE CREDIT WILL NEVER EXPIRE! *We do not process returns on Saturdays and Sundays*. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts, shipping and taxes at time of purchase. *please note orginal shipping charge of $7.50 is not part of return store credit*

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:

Please inspect your order and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package in the mail. Please email us at shopwrenleighanns.com with picture proof if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We provide paid return labels for damaged items only. If your size is still available we will replace/exchange the item first. If it is no longer available we will return as store credit.
