SHIPPING & RETURNS

We hope you love your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Please read below for our return policy and keep in mind we are a small business who strives to bring you weekly new arrivals.


RETURN POLICY

Returns are issued as STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Original shipping ($7.50) is non-refundable and not included in store credit.

You must initiate a return within 3 business days of delivery; submissions outside this window do not qualify for a return (reminder weekends/holidays are not included in the 3 business days)

Returns must be delivered/received back to us within 14 business days of the day your return is approved and label provided.

Returns received outside this window cannot be accepted & customer will need to provide a return shipping label for us to ship your items back.

Start your return: Use the return portal and include your order number, item(s), and reason for return.

Item Condition / Items must be:
* Unworn, unwashed, and unused
* Tags attached
* In original packaging

If original packaging is unavailable, please use a clean, sealed package from your local mail service.

STORE CREDIT DETAILS

All approved returns are issued as STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Please allow 3–5 business days for return processing once received.

Website orders receive an e‑gift card. App orders receive credit directly in the app account.


Website gift cards work only on the website; app credit works only in the app.

Store credit never expires.

Store credit is calculated based on discounts, shipping, and taxes at the time of purchase.


RETURN SHIPPING

Your first two return labels are free After the first two returns: We can provide a label with a $7.50 deduction from store credit, or you may use your own label with no deduction.

International orders are excluded as returns are not accepted.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges follow the same process as returns.


To ensure availability, please place a new order for the desired size on our website.

We do not hold sizes.
Exchanges are accepted only for the same exact item. If the size is out of stock, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange. Once your return is received, store credit will be issued via email or your app account.


PACKING SLIP REQUIREMENT

You must include your packing slip/receipt with your return. Returns without a packing slip will incur a $20 restock fee, deducted from store credit.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return:

-Sale items or items under the Sales tab
-Items marked FINAL SALE in the title
-Seasonal/Holiday promotion items (Black Friday, Christmas, Easter, etc.)
-Any item purchased at 25% off or more
-Bodysuits and intimates (bras, barrettes, etc.) for sanitary reasons
Gift cards
-Items showing signs of wear or washing

APP PREAUTHORIZATION POLICY

Preauthorization is an optional feature that allows customers to securely save card information for waitlisted (sold-out) items. If the item restocks in your preauthorized size, your card may be automatically charged and an order created. Preauths are not 100% guaranteed but the best way to secure the size you are wanting; since they are priorizted first in the order they are placed.


WE DO NOT CANCEL PREAUTHS
Cards are only charged if the item becomes available.
By adding your card, you agree to our Preauthorization Terms.


DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

We provide paid return labels for damaged items only.
If available, we will replace the item first; otherwise, store credit will be issued / or a card refund if customer prefers. (Only for damaged items)

Orders are processed in 1–4 business days, unless otherwise noted. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
All orders ship from our warehouse in Nebraska, USA.

Carriers & Transit Time

Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground
Transit time is typically 2–6 business days after fulfillment
We are not responsible for Carrier delays; they are outside our control

Orders cannot be canceled after being placed.

Packages lost or damaged in transit must be claimed with the carrier.

SHIPPING INSURANCE (APP ONLY)

We offer optional "Delivery Assurance" at checkout in our mobile app through SEEL.

Provides coverage for lost or damaged packages after investigation
Optional and customer-selected at checkout
Insurance fees are collected by SEEL and are *non-refundable*

INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
Address changes must be requested before shipment. We cannot change addresses once UPS or USPS is possession of the package.

APP 48-HOUR FREE SHIPPING WINDOW

To unlock a free shipping window you must have 1 active order - it can be an order that originally qualifies for free shipping or an order that you paid $7.50 for shipping. You will then have 48 hours of free shipping on any additional placed app orders.
Shipping is not refunded if combined orders exceed $125. (it must be 1 order to qualify)
Free shipping applies only when one order totals $125+.

CANADIAN SHIPPING
We ship to Canada via Economy International for $22.50
Estimated delivery: 6–20 business days
Free shipping over $125 does not apply
Canadian orders are final sale (no returns or exchanges)
