We do not cancel orders after they are placed.

We offer store credit for returns

To get your return started, please submit through our return portal within 3 business days of delivery. Once approved, you’ll have 14 days from your approval date to have your return delivered back to us.

Our return request window allows us to begin the return process promptly while still giving customers a full 14 days after approval to send items back. Unlike many retailers that begin the return timeframe from the original delivery date, our process is designed to provide additional time once the return request has been submitted and approved.

For local pick up orders, returns must be placed in our pick up bin within 5 business days of approval.

(returns without a packing slip will inquire a restocking fee of $10)

Please note — we’re unable to cover return shipping. Our team will follow up via email with return instructions and your return label.

We respond to all inquiries during our business hours Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 3 PM.

Our average response time is 24-72 hours.

SUBMIT A RETURN

Please include your order number and details about the items you'd like to return. All requests must be submitted within 3 days of the delivery date to qualify.

Once submitted, return requests are reviewed manually during business hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–3pm CST). A follow-up email with next steps will be sent to the email address provided , so please be sure your email is entered correctly.

Be sure to check all email folders including spam/junk, as emails can occasionally filter there depending on email provider settings.
