We do not cancel orders after they are placed.

To qualify for a return, a return request must be submitted within 3 business days of order being delivered. Once return is accepted it must be returned within 14 days of acceptance date. Local Pick returns must return back in our pick up bin with 4 business days of return request approval.

We offer store credit for returns only. Please allow 3-5 business days to process returns.

Store credit info: If purchased through our website you will receive an e-gift card via email that can ONLY be used on our website - if purchased through the app you will receive account credit that can ONLY be used on the app. If you would like to transfer website store credit to your app account please reach out via email.
