FAQ: What is "waitlisting"?
If your size is sold out, you can join the waitlist in our app to receive restock notifications. We’ll notify you via email if and when the item becomes available again.
When adding an item to your waitlist, you’ll have the option to enter your card information—this step is completely optional.

FAQ: What is "preauthorizing"?
Think of pre-authorizing like pre-ordering—it’s a step beyond simply joining the waitlist. When you add your card information to a waitlisted item, our system prioritizes your request. If your size becomes available, your order will be automatically processed on a first pre-authorized, first processed basis.

Please note: your card on file of item will not be charged unless the item becomes available.

FAQ: How to know if my pre-auth order went through?
Pre-authorized orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. To confirm that your pre-authorized order went through, the best way is to check your order history in the app. You’ll also receive a confirmation/shipment email, and the card on file will be charged once the order is processed.

FAQ: When do pre-auth orders ship?
Typically, all of our restocks are preorder based, with est. ship dates listed in the item name so you’ll know when your order will ship to you. Restock preorder items are already on the way from our vendors, so they usually ship out fairly quickly!

If you’re unsure, you can always check your order confirmation email for the date provided when you purchased.

FAQ: Can I use store credit/discount codes on pre-auth orders?
Yes, of course! When adding your card information to a waitlist item, there’s an option that says “Have a coupon code?”—tap that to enter your code.

For store credit, our pre-authorized feature is designed to automatically apply any credit on your app account to the pre-auth order at the time it is processed. This way, you’re free to use your credit for another order in the meantime, and if we’re unable to restock the size you pre-authorized, your credit won’t be used and is still available

FAQ: Can I cancel a pre-auth?
If your pre-authorized order has already been processed, we’re unable to cancel it due to our no-cancellation policy.

If you’d like to cancel before your pre-authorized order is processed, you’re more than welcome to! Here’s how:
1. Go to the “Waitlist” section in the app.
2. Find the item you’d like to remove.
3. Click the trash icon next to the item to cancel your pre-auth request.
